SontarahLife Family Crisis Center (SontarahLife FCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and certified training and wellness center dedicated to creating safer, more compassionate communities through education, awareness, and empowerment.
We specialize in Crisis Prevention, Intervention, and CPR/First Aid certification, offering evidence-based training designed to strengthen the emotional safety of caregivers, families, and professionals across Arizona.

Our approach blends practical skill-building with empathy-centered learning, helping organizations and individuals respond to crisis calmly, confidently, and with understanding.
